Please use the following routine to select payment for a tournament. 
 
Please just 1 person for the team asks for tournament payments. 
  

1.  The coach will ask the appropriate Director for permission to participate in the tournament.

2.  If approved, apply for the tournament and select the "pay by check" option

3.  Complete the tournament approval form along with your proof of  and forward to the treasurer.   

 4.  Forward the approval form and acceptance from the Tournament Director to the treasurer at caasoccertreasurer@gmail.com with "APPROVED" as the message subject.

5.  Treasurer will pay the tournament directly.

Remember team name is always CREEKS CLASH, if there are 2 teams for the age in the club then use CREEKS CLASH BLUE or CREEKS CLASH WHITE.
